Returns Policy
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange, refund or online credit note for full priced items.

Items returned within seven working days of purchase date will be exchanged for another item chosen by the customer or exchanged for an online credit note to use within six months.

Refunds can only be given on items returned within seven working days of purchase date and must be unworn, clean and with tags still attached. 

If an incorrect item has been shipped, Lucette will waive exchanged item shipping charges.

How to return/exchange
A returns form is included with every shipped item. Forms can also be downloaded here: Returns form.

Please fill out the form and indicate if you would prefer an refund, exchange for another item, size or an online credit note for later use.

All products must be returned in the original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the original invoice and returns form included.

The original shipping charges are not refundable and if you are exchanging for an alternative item, a shipping charge will be applied according to the items chosen.

Please send your item to us including the returns form using a prepaid & traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery.

For refunds please allow five working days to process after receipt of returned item.

Reduced or sale items
We will happily exchange sale items, however refunds and online credit notes will not be issued. The following items are not exchangeable for other items or an online credit note: lingerie, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, jewellry or accessories.
